Payment methods and delivery types
Here you can find all information about available payment methods and delivery types and conditions.
Payment methods
Payment in the nuggelasule.hr webshop is possible in the following ways:
- Credit and debit cards
- By direct bank transaction (virman)
- Cash on delivery (only for orders with delivery to Croatia)
Payment by credit and debit cards
For card payments, the nuggelasule.hr webshop uses the ShopifyPay payment platform.
Products on the website can be paid once with all credit and debit cards.
Payment by direct bank transaction (Burmese payment)
All orders can be paid for by direct bank transfer (bank transfer). After completing your order, you will receive an e-mail with the details you need to make a payment to our account. You can pay the invoice via online or mobile banking or by general payment order at a bank, post office or FINA counter.
If you pay from a foreign bank, all bank transaction costs are borne solely by the payer.
We will ship the shipment after the payment is visible on our bank account. We do not deliver the goods based on a payment receipt.
Payment by cash on delivery
Pay the delivery person in cash when you pick up the package.
Payment by cash on delivery is not possible:
- when delivered to parcel machines BOX NOW-
- when picking up in person at our warehouse address (cash payment is not possible)
- for orders with delivery outside Croatia
In all other cases with delivery to Croatia, the cash on delivery option will be available for selection during the ordering process.
Delivery
The package is delivered to the selected address via delivery services:
CROATIA: DPD, Croatian Post (Paket 24), GLS or BOX NOW delivery to parcel machines
ABROAD: DPD
Delivery to Croatia
Fast delivery (usually 1-3 business days, during major sales campaigns 5-7 business days or more*). The buyer can choose whether they want delivery by DPD or HP (Paket24) or GLS delivery service or delivery to BOX NOW parcel machines.
Regular delivery prices:
for orders up to € 40.00:
€ 4.00 - Paket24
€ 5.00 - GLS or DPD
€1.99 - BoxNow delivery to parcel lockers
for orders over € 40.00:
FREE - DPD/Paket24/GLS/BoxNow
Free shipping for orders over €40.00 is valid exclusively in Croatia.
*Delivery speed may vary from usual during holidays, non-working days, during major sales promotions and other situations where delivery difficulties may occur.
Croatian islands
All types of delivery are available to the Croatian islands except DPD.
Delivery to EU countries
Delivery to other EU countries is divided into two zones:
EU Zone I
Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia
Shipping price:
for orders up to € 60.00 = € 7.00
for orders over € 60.00 = FREE SHIPPING
Delivery to EU Zone I is carried out exclusively by the DPD delivery service.
EU Zone II
Belgium, Denmark, France, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Bulgaria, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg and Romania
Shipping price:
for orders up to €80.00 = €10.00
for orders over €80.00 = FREE SHIPPING
Delivery to EU Zone II is carried out exclusively by the DPD delivery service.

Other information
IMPORTANT: Delivery times abroad depend on the specific country and the possibilities of transport, or sending the shipment at a certain time. For all questions, we are available at info@nuggelasule.hr
Orders and payments received from Monday to Thursday are shipped the next business day (or after visible payment in the case of bank transfer).
Orders and payments received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
In the event of holidays and public holidays, the time of sending and delivery/delivery of the package is transferred to the first following business day.
